Samantha Johnson practices law in the areas of business, real estate, and common interest development litigation. She is dedicated to hearing and addressing the concerns of her clients and to creating clear, practical solutions to resolve those concerns.
Prior to joining Kulik Gottesman Siegel & Ware LLP, Ms. Johnson practiced in the fields of entertainment production and employment law. She has negotiated and drafted both below-the-line and above-the-line agreements on behalf of numerous mini-major clients. In the area of employment law, she handled cases in the areas of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination as well as class action wage and hour claims.
Ms. Johnson graduated cum laude in the top 10% of her class from Southwestern Law School where she was a member of the Moot Court Honors Program. She competed in the 48th Annual William B. Spong Jr. Tournament where she received a perfect score in the final round of oral argument.
Ms. Johnson earned CALI Excellence Awards in classes for Torts and Constitutional Law, as well as California Witkin Awards in classes for Civil Litigation, Legal Writing, Copyright, and Trademark. Ms. Johnson completed her Bachelor’s degree at California State University, Northridge with a major in Cinema and Television Arts and a minor in Psychology.
Ms. Johnson is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
