Gerard Kilroy
Special Counsel
Gerard Kilroy is a sophisticated, pro-active litigation attorney with a diverse practice that included more than 10 years as General Counsel for UNICOM Global, Inc., a multi-national software company. He was also a partner at Katten, Muchin & Rosenman, a Chicago-based firm with offices in Century City. For many years Mr. Kilroy has litigated a wide variety of cases including construction defect claims, business license disputes, real estate issues, wrongful termination claims, insurance coverage issues, and homeowner association disputes in addition to various business contract matters.
Mr. Kilroy is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles where he was a dual major in Political Science and Economics. Â He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law (Los Angeles) with honors in 1980. He litigates cases in state and federal courts throughout the State of California.
Prior to rejoining Glen Kulik at Kulik, Gottesman, Siegel & Ware, in addition to his other affiliations listed above, Mr. Kilroy was also in-house counsel for City National Bank in Beverly Hills and an associate for six years with the law firm of Christensen, Miller, Fink, Jacobs, Glazer, Weil & Shapiro, in Century City.
When not vigorously representing his client’s interests, Mr. Kilroy continues to run competitively (5Ks) and enjoys intense bike riding and hiking.
