Christina Darbinyan is an Associate Attorney at Kulik Gottesman Siegel & Ware LLP. Ms. Darbinyan focuses on business and commercial litigation and transactions. As a litigator, she represents plaintiffs and defendants in their business disputes in a wide array of fields including real estate, entertainment, software, construction, insurance, employment, and corporate compliance. As a transactional lawyer, she represents for-profit and non-profit corporations and other business entities, as well as individuals, in negotiating, drafting, interpreting, and enforcing contracts and other instruments. She is a zealous, aggressive advocate for her clients’ position whether in court or at the negotiation table.
Ms. Darbinyan earned her J.D. degree from Southwestern University School of Law, where she participated as a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program (TAHP) and competed as a semi-finalist in the regional round of the Texas Young Lawyers Association National Trial Competition (NTC). During law school, Ms. Darbinyan served as a Research Assistant to Warren S. Grimes, with a concentration in Antitrust and related policy considerations. She gained extensive courtroom experience as a law clerk in the Los Angeles Public Defender’s Office. Ms. Darbinyan obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.
