Biography

Christiana Kim is an Associate Attorney at Kulik Gottesman Siegel & Ware LLP, where she focuses on litigation with an emphasis on representing clients in complex legal matters. Her diverse practice touches on a wide variety of areas such as business disputes, contract issues, real estate, homeowners associations, habitability, general liability, and construction defect and disputes.

Prior to joining KGSW, Ms. Kim gained valuable litigation experience providing counsel to physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice lawsuits. She successfully defended her clients, including dispositive motion practice, complex discovery, and trial preparation.

Ms. Kim earned her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she was Symposium Editor of the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship, and the Law and a Fellow of the Geoffrey H. Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley.
