Justin Nash concentrates on resolving a diverse group of clients’ litigation needs. His practice involves solving unique, complicated disputes in the areas of business, contract, real estate, and common interest developments. He regularly advises clients throughout the dispute process, employing time and cost-effective methods to accomplish their goals. He is prepared to go the distance for clients, litigating cases through all stages including trial and appeal.
Prior to joining Kulik Gottesman Siegel & Ware LLP, Mr. Nash was a Judicial Extern law clerk for the Los Angeles Superior Court, Southwest District. He also clerked for the Los Angeles District Attorney and the California State Bar. He spent significant time practicing personal injury and labor law, achieving results for his clients in a variety of matters. He successfully defended an Anti-SLAPP motion at both the trial and appellate level.
Mr. Nash graduated cum laude from Southwestern Law School. He was an Associate Editor of the Southwestern Law Review. He earned California Witkin Awards in classes for Evidence, Criminal Procedure, and Torts. Mr. Nash completed his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Economics at the University of California, Santa Cruz. He is a Los Angeles native, born and raised in the South Bay.
