
Samantha Kim is committed to serving her clients with excellence. Her practice specializes in intellectual property, real estate, and business disputes. Recognizing that lawsuits can be overwhelming for the parties involved, Ms. Kim guides clients through the litigation process while crafting sharp, practical solutions to achieve her clients’ goals.
Ms. Kim graduated first in her class, summa cum laude, at Western State College of Law. In the process, she earned 11 California Witkin Awards in areas such as Contracts and Remedies. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of California, Los Angeles, with departmental honors.
Prior to joining Kulik Gottesman Siegel & Ware LLP, Ms. Kim was a judicial extern law clerk for the Orange County Superior Court Felony Panel, where she made recommendations for rulings on a variety of criminal trials. She also has prior experience in personal injury law as a clerk for the Traut Firm in Orange County.
Ms. Kim is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association.
