Focusing on real estate and business litigation, Nick, a Los Angeles native, brings an ethical code, uncompromising integrity, and a resolute commitment to his clients. His transactional background in banking and finance and real estate enables him to understand all sides of an issue and facilitate cost-effective solutions to complex legal challenges. He also has helped resolve matters in the field of entertainment, including those on copyright, each demanding a keen understanding of the industry’s unique dynamics. While in law school, he clerked for the Los Angeles City Attorney and Los Angeles County Counsel.
Nick graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law, serving as Associate Editor on Law Review. He completed his bachelor’s degree in both Political Science and International Studies from Macalester College where he was a four-year varsity baseball player, garnering All-Conference and Jewish Sporting News First Team All-America honors.
Nick is a member of the Beverly Hills and Los Angeles County Bar Associations.
