Margaret Lee specializes in real estate, business, and common interest development law with respect to both litigation and non-litigation matters.  She is committed to meeting and zealously advocating for the needs and goals of her clients while protecting their interests and creating practical solutions to the disputes and problems they face.

Prior to joining Kulik Gottesman Siegel & Ware LLP, Ms. Lee practiced law in the areas of business, employment, and corporate law, both in the litigation and in-house contexts.  Her past experience in-house as corporate counsel for various corporations has equipped her with a sensitivity to economic considerations as well as the business needs and goals of her diverse corporate clients.  She brings this well-rounded approach and business-mindedness to her law practice, enabling her to serve her clients with excellence.

In law school, Ms. Lee served as a judicial extern law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, where she made recommendations for rulings on a variety of civil litigation matters. She earned her Juris Doctor at Southwestern Law School, where she was also a member of the Moot Court Honors Program, and received accolades such as the CALI Excellence Award for International Business Transactions and the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services.

Ms. Lee completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Chicago with a major in Public Policy Studies with an area of specialization in Economics, where she graduated with Honors and on the Dean’s List.

In her free time, Ms. Lee enjoys the great outdoors, camping, hiking, surfing, and soaking up the California sun.
