Biography

Jessica Frey has extensive experience working on personal injury, premises liability, real property, business litigation, and construction defect legal matters.  She is a zealous, advocate for her clients’ position advising clients through the dispute process through all stages of trial, settlement, and even appeal, as need. She is hands on with clients listening and addressing client concerns as they navigate the complicated legal process, with cost effective, strategic zealous advocacy for the best results for her clients.

Ms. Frey graduated from Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law in 2016 with a Juris Doctorate degree and Entertainment Law certificate. While in law school, Ms. Frey was a 3L representative for the student bar association, was trained in mediation under the Dispute Resolution Program Act, and interned with the Orange County Bar Association’s Consumer Protective Unit.

She has been licensed to practice law in California since December, 2016.

In 2013, Ms. Frey received her Bachelor’s of Arts degree with double majors in Political Science and International Studies from the University of California, Irvine.  She also received a minor in drama from the University of California, Irvine.

Ms. Frey is a member of the California Lawyer Association’s Health & Wellness Committee.  She previously was the 2021 Co-Education Chair for the Orange County Bar Association Young Lawyer’s Division where she hosted various educational seminars such as Lessons from a Jury Consultant: Modern Voir Dire.  She is originally from Clovis, CA.  She enjoys playing co-ed softball and kickball, listening to podcasts, and playing board games.
