Mark Talise represents clients in a variety of civil litigation matters. His practice primarily focuses on resolving business, contractual, real estate, and common development disputes. He advises clients throughout the litigation process, while employing time and cost-effective strategies to accomplish his clients’ goals.
Prior to joining Kulik Gottesman Siegel & Ware, Mr. Talise was an associate attorney with Haight, Brown & Bonesteel, where he represented clients in matters involving personal injury, products liability, construction defect, and commercial disputes. Mr. Talise also has an extensive insurance background. Before transitioning to the legal profession, he served as a claims examiner for a major automobile insurance carrier before becoming a regulatory analyst for a global insurance carrier.
Mr. Talise graduated magna cum laude from Southwestern Law School. During his final year at Southwestern, he was named Editor-in-Chief of the Southwestern Law Review. Mr. Talise serves as a part-time adjunct professor at Southwestern where he teaches a practical skills class to students participating in civil litigation externships.
